The Rhododendron Leafhopper (Graphocephala fennahi) is a leafhopper native to North America. Its life cycle is related to rhododendrons. In the 1930s, the insect species was introduced to the United Kingdom. Later, it appeared in continental Europe, where it has been extending its distribution range. In 2004, the leafhopper was also found in the Czech Republic.
