11.6.2009 - Laser microdissection system Leica LMD600

Laser microdissection system Leica LMD600 was installed in the Institute of Physiology.

Single cells or groups of cells can be microdissected from tissue sections, biopsies, smears and cell cultures. Nucleic acids and proteins specifically isolated from the dissected specimens can be directed to molecular analyses such as: sequencing, PCR, real-time RT-PCR, western blotting or MALDI.
