This project proposes the progressive solution of the prediction transport of nitrate concentrations in soilwater, groundwater and surfacewater; originating from diffusion or point sources of pollution in the investigated catchment with defined hydrological characteristics. The solution consists in the evaluation of the hydrological situation of the soil profiles end catchment by using the model SWATRE for longterm simulation of flow and water balance. The results of this modelling solution provide the part of input data for our deterministic model flow of water transport of carbon dioxide and nitrates with respect to the processes of nitrification and denitrification in soil and aquatic media. The seasonal cycles in soil organic matter and, nitrogen will be included. This model will be verified and generalized for experimental catchments. Its results will be compered with the model AMMO. The modelling solutions on principle the monitoring field scale data have regional nature, flexibility, economical profit, convenience for engineering purposes.
