Diffusion properties of intermetallics with L12 structure: Ni3Ga as a model system

Ni3Ga is used as a model compound for intermetallics with L12-structure to study the interrelationship between point defects and diffusion properties. Therefore a series of samples with different composition within the homogeneity range of Ni3Ga will be prepared.
