InICE - Integration of the ice accretion influence on flight characteristics and performance in all stages of development of small transport aircraft including certification process according to CS-23 and FAR 23

Subject of research

The project proposes to create an analytical and experimental environment for integration of ice accretion influence on aerodynamics characteristics into all stages of the small transport airplane development including certification process. This environment should allow a sophisticated airplane design with respect to operations in expected icing conditions from the beginning of a development. In eventuality it will show itself in increase of air traffic safety and utility value of airplanes. It should increase competitive advantage and export capability of the Czech aircraft industry and competitive advantage of the design and research offices.
