The Newest Trends in Vegetable Selection (7) Cabbages

This expression is purely economic and relates to the group which includes all Brassica oleracea vegetables. Until recently, the following vegetables have been the most common: head cabbage, savoy cabbage, cauliflower, turnip cabbage (kohlrabi). Now to these can be added Brussels sprouts, savoy (curly kale), pe-tsai and pak-choi.
