PharmDr. Alena Sumová, DSc, has been awarded by the Lauberger Medal
PharmDr. Alena Sumová, DSc, head of the Department of Neurohumoral Regulations
of the Institute of Physiology, has been awarded by Lauberger Medal (Czech Physiological Association of J.E. Purkyně) – the appreciation for exceptional merits in development of Czech physiology. The ceremony took place at the session of the Committee of Czech Physiological Association of J.E. Purkyně on 25th May.
Dr. Sumová is involved in basic research studying the molecular mechanism and basis of entrainment pathways of the mammalian circadian system.
