Graduated: in metrology and precise mechanics, Technical University, Kaunas, Lithuania

Employment: Since March 1992 I have been working in the Geophysical Institute and since April 1994 in the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, now in the Department of Climatology and Aeronomy.

Scientific degrees: 1992 CSc (=PhD)

Scientific activity: Physics and aeronomy of the ionosphere, ionospheric measurements, ionospheric service, ionospheric predictions. Author/co-author of 25 published papers and 13 presentations at international meetings.

International activity: Participation in COST251.
