The annual Trend Report represents the work of all the members of the civic Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN). The Association was founded on the 23rd August 2001 following a year of informal meetings of top specialists in the Czech real estate market and related sectors. The current membership of the Association includes over fifty practicioners in all fields of the real estate market including: investment, architecture, finance, consultancy, law and brokerageas well as those in public services and academic fields. Ing. Mgr. Martin Lux is one of the members of Association and he took a part on the preparation of the Trend Report as well.

The Trend Report is a specialist study reflecting the current condition of the Czech real estate market. The Trend Report summarises the main trends and perspectives of this significant economic sphere. The Trend Report was prepared by ARTN members working in teams and the complete membership participated in the preparation. This structure and independent perspective guarantees the complex orientation of the Trend Report, its expertise, objectivity, and consequently its high informative value. The ARTN is, thanks to its authority, able to offer the specialist public this comprehensive and objective publication." (a part of the introduction of the President of ARTN Ing.
