An Analysis of Housing Policy Measures Aimed at Supporting Labour Flexibility in the Czech Republic

Prague: Institute of Sociology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.

The first part of this study focused on defining the project's theoretical-empirical framework, presenting the results of empirical surveys on the topic of the (labour) migration of households, which were conducted in selected advanced countries, and particularly making a detailed analysis of the domestic migration of Czech households in comparison with the migration of households in other advanced and transition countries, based on migration data from the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ). The second part of the study was devoted to presenting the results of analyses of data from various Czech sociological studies that examined the labour migration of Czech households, particularly studies conducted especially for the work on this project.
