RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN PARTICULAR YEARS OF PROJECT SOLUTION FOR NON-PUBLIC RESOURCES ACQUISITION

A purpose support rate and a recipients' and co-recipients' financial part of a dotation for the project realization are under a law No. 130/2002 Sb, § 2 of a government regulation No. 461/2002 Sb., and conditions of the program „Research centres“ under MEF. A dotation rate can take at most 90% of allowable project costs. Therefore the project team must in terms of the ARTEC Research Centre document process of remaining cost volume refund to 100% (i.e. min. 10%) of allowable costs from non-public resources.

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN YEAR 2005 FOR NON-PUBLIC RESOURCES ACQUISITION

In year 2005, organizations inserted in a scope of the ARTEC Research Centre in total 5,790 thousand CZK, which is 17.9% of originally allowable costs in year 2005, as yield of activities that were accredited by the Centre Council as a main Centre activity in application in an industry and ecology field.

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN YEAR 2006 FOR NON-PUBLIC RESOURCES ACQUISITION

In year 2006, it was acquired in total 4,020.7 thousand CZK from non-public sources, which is 11,7% of originally allowable project costs. The most successful was the Technical University of Liberec that acquired in total 99% of this volume, i.e. 3,468.7 thousand CZK. Further, AQUATEST a.s. and VÚAnCh, a.s. provided in total 492 thousand CZK and 60 thousand CZK from own resources. Co-solvers from ČGS, ICS AV CR, UJEP in year 2006 however did not prove non-public resources acquisition for a Centre operational cost payment.

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN YEAR 2007 FOR NON-PUBLIC RESOURCES ACQUISITION

In total, the Research Centre acquired 3,455 thousand CZK in year 2007, by which the condition on min. 10% refund of allowable costs from non-public resources was accomplished. The Technical University of Liberec took over the duty of non-public resources acquisition in year 2007 for the other members of the project team, because it proves from the foundation of the Research Centre the highest activity in non-public resource acquisition coming from industry applications.
