Prof. RNDr. František Vyskočil, DSc., has been awarded the Josef Hlávka Medal
Prof. RNDr. František Vyskočil, DSc, senior scientist of the Department of Cellular Neurophysiology of the Institute of Physiology, has been awarded the Josef Hlávka Medal. This prestigious award is given annually to notable academics and researchers for lifetime scientific achievements.
Prof. Vyskočil is involved, among others, in the effect of adrenalin and noradrenalin on improving the effectiveness of nerve connections and non-quantal discharge of neurotransmitters.
