The connection of the IOCB computer network is implemented via the National Research and Education Network CESNET2. Duties of participants are summarized in the document Access Policy and Acceptable Use Policy of the CESNET2 network.

The Director's Order 12/2009 states what is allowed and what is not allowed within the computer network of the Institute.

Anonymous sharing

• This service is designed for short term sharing of files up to 700 MB in size. All is managed through web interface (http://data.uochb.cas.cz/anonsdileni/), the path to data (URL locator) will be delivered to user and can be sent by e-mail to addressee. Available at location http://data.uochb.cas.cz/anonsdileni/.
