The laboratory is located at the remote site in Suchdol, it is a part of the Laboratory of optical fibers.

- detectors: photon counter (250-850 nm), InGas (800-1500 nm), PbS (1000-3000 nm)
- measurements of lifetime by TCSPC methods with excitation sources of 388, 438 a 782 nm, detection of 250-850 nm
