Mgr. Samuel Kovacik, PhD. (1988) presented the thesis Aspects of physics in non-commutative space defended in August 2016 at the Comenius University in Bratislava
Ing. Jakub Zelezny, PhD. (1987) presented the thesis Electronic structure and magnetic properties of antiferromagnetic aemiconductors and metals defended in July 2016 at the Charles University in Prague

The verdict

At its closing session on November 30, 20xx, the jury decided to award the main prize to

Alberto Unopietro

for the thesis Sulle elettrodinamica dei corpi in movimento focused on behavior of fast moving bodies.

The jury also decided to give a honourable mention to the thesis of

Ing. Agnieszka Jednokamienska, PhD.

entitled Elektrodynamika cial w ruchu which revealed relations between the energy and mass of objects
