The complicated taxonomic situation in Agapanthia osmanlis species cluster (comprising following taxa: Agapanthia osmanlis, Agapanthia ozdikmeni sp.n., Agapanthia viti sp.n. and Agapanthia naciyae sp.n.) was solved by Pierpaolo Rapuzzi and Gianfranco Sama in 2012 [❖].
