Gracilia minuta is one of the smallest European longhorn beetles. In Europe it probably originates from the Mediterranean region but now it is spread throughout the continent. It is polyphagous in deciduous trees and shrubs and probably also in conifers (Abies cephalonica in Greece).

The mounted beetle was collected in Perivoli (SW of Corfu Island, Greece), where it develops in Juglans regia. In Greece it is a native species.
