The depicted mounted beetle was collected on yarrow (Achillea) in Choťovice (Central Bohemia, Czech Republic). Living specimen was photographed on flowers (Apiaceae) in mountains 2 km W of Getahovit (Գետահովիտ, Ijevan, Tavush Province, Armenia).
