PAYMENT
The Conference Fee will be an all-inclusive package which will cover all
local expenses: registration fee, conference materials, all meals from
dinner on Sunday through breakfast on Friday, accommodation (double
occupancy with separate beds), social events, and local transportation
to/from the Conference site.
The fee will be, preliminarily, 880 EUR.
Single bed accommodation will be possible for an extra charge.
For accompanying persons, the fee includes all meals from dinner on
Sunday through breakfast on Friday, accommodation (shared), social
events, local transportation to/from the Conference site, and all guided
tours.
Registration fee is accepted only by credit card payment or by direct
bank transfer to the conference account.
