Pracovní místo na projektu „Urbanizace předpovědi počasí, kvality ovzduší a klimatických scénářů pro Prahu“
Ústav informatiky AV ČR, v.v.i., vypisuje výběrové řízení na pracovní pozici doktorand (případně postdoktorand) v novém projektu Urbi Pragensi („Urbanizace předpovědi počasí, kvality ovzduší a klimatických scénářů pro Prahu“ s registračním číslem CZ.07.1.02/0.0/0.0/16_040/0000383 v rámci Operačního programu Praha – pól růstu ČR).
- Předpokládaná doba trvání projektu je 2,5 roku.
- Úvazek na pozici je 0,5 a v případě vynikajících výsledků je možné jej rozšířit až na 1,0.
- Náplní práce bude testování a úpravy meteorologických, chemických a mikroměřítkových atmosférických modelů pro potřeby urbanizace, práce na systémech přípravy vstupů a práce na výstupních a prezentačních systémech.
- Podmínkou je základní znalost programování v prostředí Python, Fortran nebo C.
- Výhodou je zkušenost s výkonnými výpočetními systémy, s paralelním rozhraním MPI a operačním systémem Linux.

Position in Multimodal Neuroimaging Data Analysis and Modelling

We are seeking researchers to complement the team for the project “Functional and structural reorganization of brain networks after stroke: implications for diagnosis and therapy of associated comorbidities“ funded by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
The project is carried out in the Department of Complex Systems and Nonlinear Dynamics at the Institute of Computer Science of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague in collaboration with the Institute of Physiology of the Czech Academy of Sciences, the Czech Technical University and the Motol University Hospital.
Conditions
- Fellowship is of minimum 12 months duration (with possible extension up to 42 months to be decided after the first year; subsequent application for tenure-track position in the institute is possible).
