Body length: 7 - 13 mm Life cycle: 1 - 2 years Adults in: April - June Host plant: polyphagous in deciduous trees (Paliurus, Prunus, Quercus etc.) Distribution: Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Turkmenistan
The mounted beetles were beaten from a blossoming hawthorn (Crataegus) in Štúrovo (South Slovakia) and the living ones were beaten from a blossoming hawthorn (Crataegus) in Alonistena (Αλωνίσταινα; Menalo Mts., Arcadia nomos, Peloponnese peninsula, Greece).
