J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry of the CAS, v.v.i., for the purposes of the project "Lung surfactant under oxidative stress: molecular dynamics simulations and Langmuir film experiments" (Grant Agency of the Czech Republic, Reg. No. 17-06792S) offers:
POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW position: MOLECULAR MODELING OF OXIDIZED LUNG SURFACTANT
Research position in more details:
Job description:
The main task of the successful applicant will be the study the influence of oxidized lipid species on lipid films which model human lung surfactant. Both coarse grain and atomistic MD simulations will be used. The theoretical studies will be conducted in close internal and external collaboration with experimental groups.
