The depicted beetles were collected mating on trunk of falled dead Caucasian oak (Quercus macranthera) found in the edge of sparse mountain oak forest 3 km West of Lichk (Լիճք,; 2300 m, Syunik Province, South Armenia) on June 7th, 2012.
