According to Rejzek et al. [❖] in Syria Onopordum macrocephalum (Asteraceae) serves as host plant of Agapanthia lais Reiche et Saulcy, 1858 and in Jordan of Phytoecia (Helladia) pontica Ganglbauer, 1884.
