Body length: 8 - 10 mm Life cycle: 2 years [?] Adults in: May - June Host plant: larval development unknown, but probably similar to Alosterna tabacicolor (DeGeer, 1775) Distribution: endemic to South-West Turkey
This very rare species occurs early in the spring and visits flowering oak. The depicted beetles were collected in Avlanbeli Gecidi pass, 25 km S Elmali (SW Turkey).Collected by M.Rejzek
