Distribution:Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey


The living beetle was reared from a larva found in a dead pine (Pinus sp.) twig collected in envrirons of Novi Vinodolski (Primorje-Gorski Kotar, North-West Croatia). The mounted specimen was collected by our friend Manfred Niehuis in Rab Island (Dalmatia, Croatia).
