The depicted living beetle was beaten from common walnut (Juglans regia) near Perivoli village (SW of Corfu Island, Greece). The mounted specimens were reared from a larvae found in a dead common spindle (Euonymus europaeus) twig collected in Znojmo (South Moravia, Czech Republic).Collected by M.Hoskovec
