All cancellations must be received in writing to eac2013@cbttravel.cz. If you cancel before 31^th July 2013 you will receive a full refund less 25% administrative fee.

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the registration to a colleague at any time by emailing eac2013@cbttravel.cz.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer daily registration rates.

The code is smart casual. This means smart trousers and a shirt for men (there is no need for a tie or jacket) and the comparable for women.

Apart from the welcome reception on Sunday evening, the conference will open at 9am on Monday 2^nd September, and close at 4pm on Friday 6^th September.

A small number of bursaries are available for students. This would correpond to the waiver of the above student registration fee. Bursaries will be awarded on the basis of need, and quality of the submitted abstract.

No lunches are included in the registration fee however there is a possibility to purchase the tickets for buffet lunches at hotel Clarion on Sept. 2 - 6 at the price of EUR 15,00 / per day.

We recomend to do it together with the registration and tick the resepective colums. Also the Conference centre is adjoined to the Fenix Shopping Mall offering additional lunch possibilities at fast food restaurants (chinese food, Creperie, sushi, italian restaurant).

It is necessary to make a proper registration for the Conference for all participants without any exceptions. Kindly use the on-line registration form available on this website.
