The mounted beetle (nominate yellow form) was found on flowers in Novosibirsk (NE Russia). The living beetles (black form) were collected on the host plant, wood cranesbill (Geranium sylvaticum), in Kovářská (altitude 800 m, Krušné Mts., NW Bohemia, Czech Republic).Collected by M.Hoskovec (Czech Republic) and L.Novikov (Russia)
