The living beetle was collected in a relict pine forest near Stará Boleslav town (Central Bohemia, Czech Republic). The mounted beetles landed on a trunk of a fire damaged standing pine tree (Pinus sylvestris) in Kyjov (North Bohemia).Collected by M.Rejzek and M.Švarc
