According to Martin Rejzek et al. [✧] in Turkey the depicted Cirsium sp. (Asteraceae) serves as a host for Phytoecia (Musaria) astarte astarte Ganglbauer, 1885 and Cortodera cirsii Holzschuh, 1975.
