Profile
I am working on preparation and characterization of nanostructures based on diamond, ZnO, MoS2, HOPG, proteins, polypyrrole and cells. With the help of AFM, SEM, Raman spectroscopy, optical and electrochemical measurements I study the arrangement of protein (FBS, BSA, FN) layers, the formation of chemical bonds between polypyrrole and diamond surface, the adsorption of cells on diamond. I am performing measurement of DNA and helicene based macrocycle molecules with submolecular resolution, titanium, graphene and diamond samples. I am studying the cell behaviour using a model that explains experimental results. I am working on a method to improve the resolution of AFM images. This research develops cooperation at national and international level.
