Conizonia anularis has been described by Carolus Holzschuh [❖] from Hakkari environs (SE Turkey) in 1984. Hüseyin Özdikmen put this species into by him newly estabilished subgenus Conizonioides in 2015 [✧].

Distribution:Turkey, Iran


The depicted beetles were captured in Līkbīn (لكبن) village environs (1630-2125 m a.s.l., Lajan district, Piranshahr county, Āzarbāyjān-e Gharbī province, Iran) on June 1-2, 2017.
