Rare endemic Rhagium pruinosum, belonging to Rhagium (Megarhagium) sycophanta cluster, was decribed by Carlo Pesarini and Andrea Sabbadini from Peloponnese in 2011.

Host plant:polyphagous in deciduous trees
Distribution:endemic species to Peloponnese (Greece)


The depicted beetle was collected in Fanaiti environs (Arkadia, Peloponnese, Greece).
