This little Cerambycid develops in a variety of broadleaf trees and shrubs (especially in Rosaceae - Malus, Pyrus, Rosa, Crataegus etc.). In Central Europe it is a very common species and it is possible to collect it by beating from leaves of the host plants.

Life cycle:	1 - 2 years
Adults in:	April - July
Host plant:	polyphagous in deciduous trees
Distribution:	Algeria, Europe, Russia, Syria, Turkey

The depicted beetles were beaten from dying branches of an old apple tree (Malus) near Perivoli village (SW of Corfu Island, Greece).
