Recently established joint Proteomics Service Laboratory will be introduced. We will present the equipment for a MS-based proteomics - Orbitrap Exploris 480 coupled with a nano-LC Ultimate 3000. The staff of the lab will talk about the offered services including the experimental design, sample prep, and data analysis. Pricelist will also be presented. The lecture is intended mainly for the potential users from within the Krc Biomedical Campus.
