CONFERENCE PROGRAM

The conference program, based on the received contributions, will be available here a week before the conference.

REGISTRATION FEES

The conference fee depends on the date of registration and membership in CAS or student status.

student	2200 CZK	2400 CZK

The conference fee includes the proceedings, 2 lunches (13. and 14.11.), conference dinner (13.10.), 4 coffee breaks during the conference and lease of the conference room. The meeting will take place from November 13, 2023 (about 9 am) to November 14, 2023 (about 4 - 5 pm).

ACCOMODATION and MEALS

Accommodation can be arranged at the hotel Yura (739 12 Čeladná 246, tel.: +420 558 682 287, e-mail: recepce@yurahotel.cz) or it can be arranged by the participants elsewhere.

The hotel Yura offers rates of accommodation:
1255,- CZK/person and night - double room occupied by two people
2196,- CZK/person and night - double room occupied by one person
additional cost 21 CZK/person and night to the municipal office

Please mention the code "VKČAS 2023" in your reservation.

Meals (lunches and conference dinner) are provided in the place of conference. Participants can choose lunches from the list included in registration form.

Abstract deadline is October 13, 2023 - abstracts sended after the deadline will not be included in the proceedings!

DEKATI AWARD

The conference will again include a competition of the best presentation for young scientists under the age of 35 - the Dekati Award, which will be traditionally sponsored by Biowell, s.r.o. Based on the resolution of the Member's meeting of 4 October 2022, one presentation of an undergraduate student will be selected as part of the competition.
