My research is focused on experimental characterization of InGaN/GaN quantum well heterostructures as a member of Ing. Alice Hospodková Ph.D. Lab. The mainly used experimental techniques are photoluminescence and cathodoluminescence which can be combined with other means of electron microscopy characterization (e. g. EDX analysis). I am also semi-experienced user of nextanano++ simulation software.
