Robert Garisto, Chief Editor of the Physical Review Letters, received his Ph.D. in theoretical high energy physics at the University of Michigan, and then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Canadian National Lab TRIUMF. He joined PRL in 1994. Robert was elected an APS Fellow in 2013.

The meeting will be chaired by Jiří Hlinka, Department of Dielectrics.
