Registration is open!

We are pleased to invite you to the annual two-day workshop 'Multimodal Light Microscopy Imaging in Plant Research' organized by the Imaging Facility IEB. October 16 -17.  Besides hands on sessions on Long-Term Imaging, High-Resolution and Image Analysis, this year you will find a demo on Whole Mount Staining with automated fluorescence immunolabelling and tissue clearing. The invited speakers are Matyáš Fendrych and Martin Potocký.

We would like to invite you to the hands-on workshop on Dynamics Profiler, a new method in our facility. 32 elements of Airyscan2 detector of LSM900 are used here to acquire dynamics data from living samples (e.g. measurement of flow, asymmetric diffusion or molecular concentration). We will start on Thursday, 29. February at 10:00 in seminar room B1. -Attachment-

Hands-on this year also includes an image analysis session, Maurizio Abbate will personally present the Arivis software. The invited scientific lecture will be given by Katerina Schwarzerova from the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Prague. Registration by e-mail, the number of participants is limited. Program here.
