COURSE: Advanced Methods of Scanning Electron Microscopy and Raman Spectroscopy

The team of the Central Laboratory of Electron Microscopy and Raman Spectroscopy at the Institute of Scientific Instrument s  of the CAS (ISI)  invites you to a three-day practical course, which will take place at ISI from December 2nd to December 4th, 2024.

The course will be realized in cooperation with Charles University, Faculty of Science, Viničná Microscopy Core Facility, among the lecturers will also be experts from the Biological Centre of the CAS from the Laboratory of Electron Microscopy.
Students and young researchers in the life sciences and fine materials fields who aim to apply sophisticated imaging and analytical tools in their study are the target audience for this course.
Participants will study the fundamentals of electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy, as well as an overview of advanced techniques and laboratory experience.
