Applicants for organization of Esomat conference in the year 2012 are requested to submit their formal applications till April 15, 2009 using forms attached (doc | pdf).

International commitee /IC/ members will read the proposals during the spring 2009.

We will give the proposers comments from IC members till July 31 so they can prepare their final bid which they will present on the IC meeting during the Esomat 2009 conference in September 2009 in Prague, where the decision on the organization of next ESOMAT 2012 will be made according to usual Esomat practice.
