Dear Colleagues!

You are cordially invited to attend the International Symposium on Auxins and Cytokinins in Plant Development to be held in Prague in July 10-14, 2009.

The Institute of Experimental Botany, of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, has a long tradition in organizing conferences devoted to plant growth substances. Five international symposia were already held in the baroque chateau at Liblice near Prague and the sixth and seventh ones, “Auxins and Cytokinins in Plant Development” were held in Prague.

What is our formula for a succesful meeting?

A focussed topic, a reasonable number of participants and an idyllic environment appear to be the ingredients for the success of previous meetings. In addition to the scientific programme, there were ample opportunities to interact with colleagues and friends for in-depth discussions in delightful settings. We will try to continue in the same format with ACPD 2009.

We will be pleased if you accept our invitation to participate in and to contribute to the Symposium.
