Research area
PhD study is focused on the myxosporean phylogeny using ribosomal and protein coding data (mainly a large ribosomal subunit LSU rDNA and a heat shock protein HSP70). Moreover, a part of my work is concentrated on the study of the population diversity of species Chloromyxum cyprini, C. legeri a Zschokkella nova based on ITS and COI sequence variability.
