New selectively functionalized polymers will be synthetized and their interactions and reactivity towards transition and non-transition metals will be investigated. The research will be also aimed at the elucidation of the interaction mechanism and morfological changes of the macromolecular entities. The practical outcome of the research will be a development of materials with novel practical functions.
