Mass Spectrometry (Dr. Josef Cvačka)

The research in our group is focused on structure elucidation and identification of organic compounds, both of synthetic and natural origin. A special attention is paid to the naturally occurring compounds with interesting biological functions. We make an effort to develop new analytical methods for separation and detection of the target compounds.
