| Abstract |
The work will be aimed at the preparation of chiral phosphorus containing allenes from acetylenic alcohols. Stereoselectivity of this reaction will be investigated. Reactivity of prepared allenes will be explored with the goal of getting access to novel enantiomerically pure phosphorus compounds including butadienes, cyclobutenes and heterocycles, which constitute important synthetic building blocks and precursors to bioactive compounds. |
