 How to reach Hluboká nad Vltavou and Sporthotel Barborka

1a) From the Linz (Austria) airport
From there, you should reach the Linz Hbf. Railway  Station
(Haupt Bahnhof) and take a direct train to České Budějovice.
For subsequent information skip to 3)  

1b) From the Prague - Ruzyně airport
From there, you should reach the Prague Central Railway  Station
(Hlavní nádraží). You can use the airport express bus line AE, which leaves
every 30 minutes and costs 50CZK. The trip takes about 40 minutes,
depending on the traffic situation.

2) From Prague Central Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží)
At the station, you need to buy a ticket to České Budějovice (213CZK).
The preferred payment method is cash.
The trip with the train takes approximately three hours. You
will pass through a historical town Tábor, which played an important
role in the Czech history. In České Budějovice, where most trains
terminate, you need to change to a bus.

3) From České Budějovice (10 km)
From here, the following two bus lines are available:
a) City bus no. 104 to Hluboká nad Vltavou, Barborka (buy a ticket for
18CZK from a ticket vendor)
b) Coach - when you come out of the station, you will get view of a Mercury
shopping centre (see enclosed foto mercury.jpg), the bus hub is on its roof :-)
There are multiple stops in Hluboká nad Vltavou, you will prefer
either Barborka or Pod kostelem. The hotel is a few steps from here,
follow the city plan.

Note: Sporthotel Barborka is NOT Parkhotel! It is on the opposite site
of the town!

4) By car

GPS coordinates of Sporthotel Barborka are  49°3'7.63"N 14°27'12.08"E
