This international comparative research project involving researchers from two accession countries – the Czech Republic and Poland – and American researchers, focuses on the examination of the process of European Union enlargement. The project places emphasis on the examination of ways in which women as political actors in the countries under study participate in supranational political environment and how they contribute to its creation.
