Conference Structure

The Conference will include both oral and poster sessions featuring presentations by neuroscientists from the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and abroad. The program of the Conference will be published on the Conference website.

Abstracts

Abstracts should be submitted through the conference website prior to the deadline. Abstracts should contain a maximum of 2500 characters including spaces.

Oral and Poster Presentations

Data projection will be available for oral presentations. Posters will be landscape orientation, 90 cm × 112 cm.

Book of Abstracts

Abstracts will be published in an abstract book that will be distributed to all participants.

Exhibition

A commercial and non-commercial exhibition will be held during the Conference. Companies and organizations wishing further information should contact the Local Organizing Committee.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available in the hotel Emmy*** (single room 800 CZK/night, double room 1100 CZK/night) or in the hotel Barceló**** (single or double room 1900 CZK/night). Hotel Emmy is in a walking distance from the Conference centre, hotel Barceló has direct connection by a public bus with the Conference centre – duration approximately 15 min. Booking should be done through the Conference website prior to the deadline.

School in Regenerative Medicine

7th International Stem Cell School in Regenerative Medicine 2009 is a satellite event; see website www.biomed.cas.cz/iem/regmed.
